Meet the Team

  1. Thank you so much for introducing us to Tiffany. I really appreciated you taking the time to meet with me and my girls to understand our need and to get to know us a bit better. I believe that is the reason the fit between us and Tiffany is so great. Tiffany has become an integral part of our family, my girls are so happy –spending their afternoons doing arts and crafts, soccer, baking etc. We have even seen an improvement in Reilly’s extramural maths. Being our first au pair we were a bit anxious as to how it will work, but cannot be happier.

  2. “I’ve never seen a more professional approach to au pair recruitment as I have seen with MLAP. Not only did Kim visit my home and chat to my children, but she also ensured that she got a detailed brief of our requirements. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and presented very high quality candidates. Our au pair is an absolute gem and couldn’t be a better fit for our family. She is strict but kind and firm but fair. I very highly recommend MLAP for all working yummy mummies who need to find someone fast and fabulous”

  3. Thank you so much for introducing us to Casey. Izabella was falling behind in Maths, I felt we needed to give her a little more attention in a one-on-one environment where she could discuss any issues & problems she was having with Maths. Casey was hired for 1 hour a week to assist her. Her Maths has gone up substantially since Casey has been helping her. In term 1 she's gone from 45% to 69%. Her teacher is thrilled! We are all thrilled! It's been a major confidence booster for Izabella & she has found a new love for Maths.

  4. It is going so well!! Andrew got 72% for his History test last week so he is ecstatic. I have never seen him work so hard. He has always been great about doing his homework, but his focus has improved. He seems so much more confident in himself and has got involved in a couple of extra activities. He goes for physio every week and today the physio said he worked really hard and seems much happier.

  5. While Liam's marks have improved, more than that I have noticed him putting the study and planning techniques Brad taught him into practice. These are valuable skills that he will carry through school and varsity.

  6. Rethabile was fantastic!!! She was just lovely and Max seemed to really like her. He wrote Maths yesterday and said it was tough but I know that it would have been a whole lot tougher if he hadn't had the tutoring. Rethabile made him work hard, but he seemed to do what she said and certainly put in dozens more hours than he would have otherwise. I think it was kind of a case of him not knowing where to start and so just not starting at all!! I would highly recommend Rethabile and your services!!!

  7. Dear Kerryn and Kim Just a follow up post our first 2 weeks with Celia. I would like to report that we are very happy with Celia - she is flexible and is helping where ever she can. The kids love her and we are very comfortable and enjoy having her as part of our family. Thank you for your assistance

  8. Louisa and Kwanda are getting on well, thank you for checking. They had a bit of a bumpy start with Kwanda having difficulty understanding the travel arrangements, however they have settled well. Louisa has taken the initiative of creating a feedback note book, through which she provides daily feedback and we are able to communicate. This is great as it is detailed and informative of how Kwanda is progressing in class and outside during breaks and extra murals. In short, so far really great. Thanks again for finding her for us.

  10. We are all doing great, we are seeing some progress with Narissa, it is going well with Munkie. We understand that it will take time but at least Narissa is getting the daily attention she needs. Thank you so much for the great service that you provide. I will keep you posted on the progress.
